About the Job
Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role is essential for the targeting and conversion of new growth opportunities for the Security Services/Man Guarding division. Working closely with the Operations team, you will identify a sales strategy and target list based around areas of geographical strength and strong referral sites.

- Proactively building and maintaining client relationships, anticipating their needs and be excellent in selling the capabilities and strengths the HK9 Security.
- Ensuring that we retain all our existing contracts across a geographical location.
- Proactively network and research all invitations to tender and work with our finance and operational teams to respond accordingly in a timely manner.
- Leading the sales process from creating first appointments to closing the sale.
- Managing your own activity on a weekly basis to ensure you develop a pipeline of business opportunities to support the achievement of your sales target for the year.
- Meeting annual sales Revenue targets.
- Developing new strategic key account business and growth of the account thereafter.
- Prospecting, attending meetings and presenting to key account clients.
- Diary management and planning.
- SIA Licence.

- Previous technical services experience.

- Previous sales experience within the Security Services/Man Guarding profession.
